Since this is my first blog, I’ll tell you a little about myself. My name is Meg Davis, and I’m a senior at Franklin Regional High school. When the bell rings today at 2:18, the first week of my senior year of high school will be over. I was a little nervous to begin the year, but now that it's started I’m having a great time. When I’m not in school I enjoy running, playing tennis, and visiting my sister and brother at college (go pennstate!). During the summers I love to travel. I haven’t been that many places, but when traveling to Europe a couple summers ago, I loved it. For a couple months I held a job at Ricks Sports Bar but I wasn’t a huge fan, so that ended as quickly as it started. I haven’t been able to apply for other jobs since, but I’m getting around to it. When I’m with my friends we love to go down into the city. Almost every weekend you'll find us in Squirrel Hill, Pitt, Waterfront, Southside, or somewhere else down town. I love to go to Razzy Fresh, because ice cream is my favorite. Me and my friends can even have fun just staying in and watching movies on a Friday night. As far as my favorite movies go, I like Dazed and Confused, Finding Nemo, Tangled, and more. I love Disney movies, they're probably my favorite. I also love to listen to music. Some of my favorite artists are Sublime, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix, and Fleetwood Mac. I guess you could say I like older music; today’s music is pretty bad. When I’m not hanging out with my friends or listening to music, I enjoy spending time with my family (it's true). Mostly I like to spend time with my Brother, Casey. He's 22 years old and a senior at Penn State this year for Mechanical Engineering. I consider him my best friend because he's always there for me, and we like a lot of the same stuff. I also have a sister, Jessica. She's nineteen and a sophomore at Penn State for Marketing. Sometimes we don't really get along due to her stealing all of my stuff and bringing it to college with her. But when we are getting along, we have a lot of fun. When I’m really, extremely bored, I like to go to Stumbleupon.com, or read National Geographic. Now you know a little bit about me.
